Ethereum To Mobilize Unclaimed DAO Funds For $220 Million Security Initiative

More than 70,500 ether that stayed idle after the 2016 DAO breach will be transferred to a new Ethereum security fund. The money, taken from the unclaimed DAO refund, will support audits, bug‑bounty programs, developer tools and other measures designed to improve network resilience.
