AWS and Cerebras are adding CS‑3 wafer‑scale chips to AWS data centers and exposing them via Amazon Bedrock. The chips deliver up to 5× token throughput and sub‑second inference, cutting cost and latency for chatbots, recommendation engines, and real‑time generative AI.
